How do you ship orders?
We ship with standard U.S. carriers. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order goes out.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. If/when local pickup becomes available, we’ll announce it on our site and social channels.
How should I store my jerky?
Keep sealed bags in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly and enjoy within a week—or refrigerate to extend freshness.
What’s the shelf life?
Unopened bags are best within 6–12 months. Always check the best-by date printed on the package.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Ingredients vary by flavor. Please check each product page for the full ingredient list and allergen information.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. We may add subscription options in the future—join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Can I send jerky as a gift?
Yes. You can ship directly to a recipient and include a gift note at checkout. We don’t include pricing in gift shipments.
Do you sell wholesale?

Which flavors are the spiciest?
Our current lineup is Lucky 7 Bulgogi & Barbecue, Blackjack Brisket Crunch, and Royal Flush Tamarind Twist. Heat levels vary by flavor; a simple heat meter will be published on each product page soon.
