Big Win Jerky is a Sacramento-based small-batch beef jerky company. Founded by Thuy, who brings delicious flavor, and her partner Ben, who handles operations. Together we craft thin-sliced sirloin & brisket with balanced marinades and a signature crunch.
Our Story
Thuy grew up in Vietnam and moved to the United States with her family. Her approach to food blends her favorite flavors—garlic, soy, sweet-savory balance, and layered spices.
Ben, her boyfriend and partner, manages operations—shipping, logistics, and customer support—so Thuy can focus on production.
Today, we craft small-batch jerky in Sacramento for nationwide shipping and local pickup.
