Due to the perishable nature of jerky, we cannot accept returns once opened.
Refunds/Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 7 days at info@bigwinjerky.com. We will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
